Description

A cozy weeknight dinner featuring succulent chicken glazed with a tangy orange sauce, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  3. Toss until the chicken is well coated and fragrant with savory spices.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and brush the chicken generously with the Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and beautifully glazed.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
