A cozy twist on a classic favorite, this Big Mac Pasta Salad combines chewy pasta, savory ground beef, crisp lettuce, and tangy dressing for a delightful dish perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
