Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl, beating until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the blueberries gently, taking care not to break them too much.
  3. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in another bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a small muffin tin to form a crust.
  5. Spoon the creamy cheesecake filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
