Description

A cozy and comforting casserole that combines biscuits, pizza sauce, and cheese for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (15oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, Italian sausage)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Open both cans of biscuits and cut them into quarters.
  3. Evenly place the dough on the bottom of your prepared dish.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top of the biscuits.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add toppings.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
