- 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 (15oz) jar pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, Italian sausage)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Open both cans of biscuits and cut them into quarters.
- Evenly place the dough on the bottom of your prepared dish.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top of the biscuits.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add toppings.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
