- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain them and set aside.
- Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is beautifully blended.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different sauces or proteins. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days.
