Description

Delicious jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy buffalo chicken filling, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain them and set aside.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is beautifully blended.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different sauces or proteins. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days.
