Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until softened.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken mixture on sandwich buns and add optional toppings if desired.
