Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until softened.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken mixture on sandwich buns and add optional toppings if desired.
