Description

A refreshing summer drink made with ripe cantaloupe, zesty lime, and a hint of sweetness. Perfect for hot days and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. In a blender, combine the cantaloupe flesh, sugar (if using), and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour in 2 cups of water and blend again until well combined.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the pulp.
  5. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and stir gently.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
