Description

A delightful and refreshing pasta salad bursting with summer flavors, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (your choice, bowties or fusilli recommended)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, torn
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl until blended.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad, and toss gently to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
