Description

This Cheesy Broccoli Casserole is a comforting blend of creamy textures and cheesy goodness, perfect for family gatherings or a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese if desired.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes
