- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- Croutons (optional)
- Extra Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Top the baked chicken crust with dressed lettuce, croutons, and extra Parmesan if desired.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
For spice, add crushed red pepper flakes to the crust mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
