Description

A delightful fusion of creamy Caesar salad and gooey pizza topped with crunchy romaine, perfect for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • Croutons (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
  6. Top the baked chicken crust with dressed lettuce, croutons, and extra Parmesan if desired.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

For spice, add crushed red pepper flakes to the crust mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
