- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, finely chopped celery, and halved grapes. The colors will start to pop!
- In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayo), Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. The mixture should be creamy and inviting.
