Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes to achieve a beautifully golden crust.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth, creating a luscious chocolate filling.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust, allowing it to settle into every nook and cranny.

- Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
