Description

An indulgent and rich Chocolate Raspberry Tart that’s perfect for any gathering, offering a creamy texture with a hint of elegance.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes to achieve a beautifully golden crust.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth, creating a luscious chocolate filling.
  3. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust, allowing it to settle into every nook and cranny.
  4. Decorate the top with fresh raspberries, allowing their vibrant color to contrast with the rich chocolate.
  5. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

This tart can be made a day in advance and is great for serving at gatherings. For easier slicing, dip your knife in warm water and wipe it before each cut.
