A hearty Classic Club Sandwich layered with turkey bacon, fresh veggies, and creamy mayonnaise, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 slices of whole grain or white bread
- 3 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 large leaf of romaine lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks or skewers for assembly (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the bacon is cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden-brown.
- Once the bacon is ready, layer the first slice of toast with mayonnaise.
- Top the mayonnaise with crispy turkey bacon, followed by lettuce and tomato slices. Add avocado if desired.
- Place the second slice of toasted bread on top and spread mayonnaise on it.
- Repeat the layering with more turkey bacon, lettuce, and tomato, topping with the final slice of toast.
- Insert toothpicks or skewers into each corner of the sandwich for support.
- Slice the sandwich into quarters for easier eating.
- Serve with a side of pickles or kettle chips.
Notes
For make-ahead magic, prepare all ingredients in advance and assemble just before serving. Use different types of bread for unique flavor.
