Description

A delightful and refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail that beautifully combines coconut water, lemon juice, and floral lavender, perfect for warm get-togethers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender
  • 2 cups chilled water or soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the simple syrup and culinary lavender in a small pot. Heat gently until fragrant, then remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Mix in a pitcher the coconut water, lemon juice, cooled lavender syrup, and chilled water (or soda water).
  3. Stir well and adjust sweetness as needed.
  4. Serve the mocktail in glasses filled with ice cubes, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
