- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender
- 2 cups chilled water or soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the simple syrup and culinary lavender in a small pot. Heat gently until fragrant, then remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Mix in a pitcher the coconut water, lemon juice, cooled lavender syrup, and chilled water (or soda water).
- Stir well and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Serve the mocktail in glasses filled with ice cubes, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
