- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the cubed bread and raisins (if using), gently folding to coat. Let it soak for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the baking dish by greasing it and pouring the bread mixture inside.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
- Make the vanilla caramel sauce and drizzle it over the warm bread pudding before serving.
