- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fritos
- 1/2 cup chipotle dressing

Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and carrots, and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add the Fritos and toss gently.
