- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices Turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, making sure the edges are neatly cut.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are crispy and golden.
- Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Toast the pecans in the same skillet for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and add the crispy turkey bacon, toasted pecans, and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider topping with crumbled goat cheese or feta. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
