Description

A comforting and creamy Chicken Lazone recipe, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and garlic powder to the same skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  5. Serve over rice or pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
