- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and garlic powder to the same skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve over rice or pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Feel free to add diced jalapeños for spice or mix in grated Parmesan cheese for richness.
