Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, cottage cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix all these ingredients together until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, roughly 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking. Place the patties on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook the patties for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dip or a fresh salad!
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the patties in advance and storing them in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
