These delightful sliders feature tender turkey, melty Swiss cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce, all nestled between sweet Hawaiian rolls.

- 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or ham
- 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 (12-pack) Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the turkey on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Spread a generous amount of cranberry sauce over the turkey, followed by the slices of cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top.
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, and poppy seeds in a bowl until well combined.
- Brush this mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving these scrumptious sliders.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing up to the baking point and refrigerate. Adjust baking time if baking from the fridge.
