- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbows)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and if desired, add breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake. Great with a side salad or bread!
