Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Once the garlic is golden, toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it come to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, letting it melt into the sauce.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently stirring to coat.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
