- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Once they’re al dente, drain them and set aside.
- Sauté the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Wilt the fresh spinach, cooking until it wilts down.
- Add the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Combine the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese, gently stirring to meld the flavors. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated and aromatic.
- Serve warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
