- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles crumbs. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly firm to the touch.
