- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, peas, and crumbled turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until well blended.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat every morsel.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
