Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Add the tomatoes: Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook them until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.
- Melt the cheese: Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until it’s melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Combine with pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the sauce.
- Mix in fresh basil: Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil.
- Season and serve: Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
