- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
- Mix almond flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off the excess, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the cauliflower with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss the crispy cauliflower wings with the buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
