Description

Delightfully crispy baked wings made from cauliflower, perfect for a plant-based snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
  3. Mix almond flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off the excess, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Spray the cauliflower with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and toss the crispy cauliflower wings with the buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
