- 6 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Add croutons (if using) and gently toss to combine.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
