Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Fry chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Toast the sandwich buns until golden and slightly crisp.
