Ingredients

- 8 sheets of phyllo dough
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce (or chili flakes)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta, ricotta, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and repeat the buttering process.
- Cut the layered phyllo into strips.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip and roll it up, sealing the edges with butter.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix the honey and chili sauce for a drizzle.
- Drizzle the sweet & spicy chili honey over the rolls before serving.
Notes
Assemble the rolls ahead of time and freeze them before baking. Bake straight from the freezer for a few extra minutes.
