- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl to create the marinade.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread breadcrumbs on a plate.
- Coat each marinated chicken tender in breadcrumbs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken tenders.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
