Description

Delightful marinated chicken tenders with a crispy coating, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate.
  5. Coat each marinated chicken tender in breadcrumbs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken tenders.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
