Description

A cozy and comforting dish featuring crispy ground beef served over fluffy rice with a creamy gochujang broth.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup rice (white or brown)
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned and caramelized.
  2. Prepare rice according to package instructions until fluffy and tender.
  3. Blend cottage cheese with gochujang and water or broth until smooth.
  4. Heat the broth in a pot over low heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
  5. Assemble the bowl with a scoop of rice topped with caramelized ground beef and pour over the creamy gochujang broth.
