- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup and Italian dressing mix until smooth, then pour over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and place on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions about 20 minutes before serving.
- Shred the chicken and mix with the sauce until fully combined.
- Serve the chicken mixture over the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
