Description

A heartwarming dish featuring tender beef tips bathed in savory gravy, slow-cooked to perfection for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds beef tips
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: chopped onions and mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Combine the brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, beef broth, soy sauce, water, garlic powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and whisk until well blended and fragrant.
  2. Place the beef tips in your crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over them, ensuring each piece is coated.
  3. If desired, sprinkle in chopped onions and mushrooms for extra flavor.
  4. Cover the crock pot and set to low, cooking for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Serve the dish over creamy mashed potatoes or fluffy rice, allowing the gravy to soak in.

Notes

Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for 2-3 months. Slice beef against the grain for tender pieces.
