Description

A cozy comfort food delight with layers of creaminess and rich cheese, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, and chopped green onions.
  2. Add the cubed potatoes and stir until they’re beautifully coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a crock pot and top it with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.
