- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, and chopped green onions.
- Add the cubed potatoes and stir until they’re beautifully coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a crock pot and top it with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.
