Description

This easy banana pudding recipe is layered with ripe bananas, creamy filling, and vanilla wafers, perfect for creating sweet memories with family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (12 ounces) Nilla Wafers
  • Optional: fresh whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Whip the mixture on medium-high speed until fluffy and smooth, about 3–4 minutes.
  2. Layer Nilla Wafers at the bottom of a glass dish, followed by the whipped cream mixture.
  3. Add a layer of banana slices, allowing their sweetness to shine.
  4. Repeat the process – Nilla Wafers, whipped cream, and bananas – until the dish is full, finishing with whipped cream.
  5. Crumble some extra Nilla Wafers on top or add a few banana slices for a pop of color.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
