Description

A warm and comforting chicken sandwich featuring creamy brie cheese and sweet apricot jam.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or whole-grain work wonderfully)
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 ounces of creamy brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet apricot jam
  • Lettuce leaves (any kind you prefer)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting the bread

Instructions

  1. Spread the apricot jam on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer the sliced chicken breast and brie cheese on top.
  3. Add lettuce leaves and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  6. Grill the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and the brie is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
