A comforting pasta salad that combines creamy flavors of deviled eggs with tender macaroni, perfect for picnics and gatherings.

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the egg mixture and gently mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish before serving.
Notes
Make it a day in advance for better flavor. Can swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
