Description

A comforting pasta salad that combines creamy flavors of deviled eggs with tender macaroni, perfect for picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and green onions in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the egg mixture and gently mix until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish before serving.

Notes

Make it a day in advance for better flavor. Can swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
