Description

This Easy Apple Coleslaw combines crisp veggies and sweet apples for a refreshing side dish perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, and diced apples in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apple mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
