Description

A delicious and spicy buffalo cauliflower recipe, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Blue cheese dressing (for serving)
  • Celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter or olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and begins to crisp.
  6. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Notes

You can prep the cauliflower and toss it in the sauce ahead of time. Store it in the fridge until ready to bake.
