Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.
- Stir in the butter to create a silky sauce, then crumble the crispy turkey bacon on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
