Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, letting it shimmer invitingly.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
