Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, letting it shimmer invitingly.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.

Notes
