Description

A cozy breakfast delight, these Easy Egg Bites are warm, cheesy, and filled with fresh vegetables—a perfect start to your day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice!)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and your choice of diced vegetables for a splash of color and crunch.
  4. Season your mixture with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  5. Grease a muffin tin generously, then pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is set and slightly puffed.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then gently remove from the tin and serve warm.

Notes

These egg bites can be made in advance and frozen. Just pop them in the microwave for a quick breakfast!
