Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice!)
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and your choice of diced vegetables for a splash of color and crunch.
- Season your mixture with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to suit your taste.
- Grease a muffin tin generously, then pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is set and slightly puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then gently remove from the tin and serve warm.
