Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
