Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
