Description

A comforting fusion of pasta and pizza flavors, perfect for family gatherings or busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (any shape)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
