- 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
- 1 avocado (divided)
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise: In a small mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of mayonnaise with 2 ounces of drained sun-dried tomatoes and 2 cloves of garlic. Mash and mix until creamy.
- Toast the Bread: Toast the slices in a skillet or a toaster for a golden texture.
- Start Assembling: Take two toasted bread slices, spread sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on each.
- Layer on the Goodness: Place three slices of turkey deli meat on one slice, followed by three crispy slices of turkey bacon.
- Add Fresh Ingredients: Layer with romaine lettuce and thin slices of avocado.
- Build the Second Layer: Spread more mayonnaise on another bread slice and place it on top, repeating the layering process.
