A comforting and delicious turkey club sandwich made with sun-dried tomato mayonnaise, turkey deli meat, and crispy turkey bacon, perfect for any day.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (divided)
  • 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
  • 4 slices sourdough bread (or your favorite bread, wrap, or tortilla)
  • 6 slices turkey deli meat (divided)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
  • 1 avocado (divided)
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise: In a small mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of mayonnaise with 2 ounces of drained sun-dried tomatoes and 2 cloves of garlic. Mash and mix until creamy.
  2. Toast the Bread: Toast the slices in a skillet or a toaster for a golden texture.
  3. Start Assembling: Take two toasted bread slices, spread sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on each.
  4. Layer on the Goodness: Place three slices of turkey deli meat on one slice, followed by three crispy slices of turkey bacon.
  5. Add Fresh Ingredients: Layer with romaine lettuce and thin slices of avocado.
  6. Build the Second Layer: Spread more mayonnaise on another bread slice and place it on top, repeating the layering process.
  7. Cut and Serve: Slice the sandwich diagonally and secure with toothpicks if desired.
