Description

A creamy and tangy dip filled with crunchy bits of pickle, perfect for gatherings or cozy movie nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup chopped pickles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1.5-ounce packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • Dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs to the skillet and toast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining toasted panko, 1 cup of chopped pickles, 2 cups of sour cream, 1 packet of ranch seasoning, and 1/4 cup of pickle juice.
  4. Stir these ingredients together until they blend into a creamy mixture.
  5. If serving immediately, top the dip with reserved chopped pickles, some toasted panko, and sprinkle dill on top.
  6. If making ahead of time, store in the fridge without toppings and add just before serving.

Notes

This dip can be customized with spicy add-ins like hot sauce, cheese, or fresh herbs. Best enjoyed fresh
