Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of rich brownie and creamy ice cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 cups ice cream (your choice of flavor)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Once the brownie is cooled, cut it in half horizontally to create 2 layers.
  3. Place one layer of brownie in a springform pan.
  4. Spread a layer of your chosen ice cream over the brownie layer and smooth it out.
  5. Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce over the ice cream and then add the second layer of brownie.
  6. Spread another layer of ice cream on top and smooth out.
  7. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
  9. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

This cake can be made a day in advance. For clean slices, warm a knife before cutting.
