A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of rich brownie and creamy ice cream, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 cups ice cream (your choice of flavor)
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan. Allow to cool completely.
- Once the brownie is cooled, cut it in half horizontally to create 2 layers.
- Place one layer of brownie in a springform pan.
- Spread a layer of your chosen ice cream over the brownie layer and smooth it out.
- Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce over the ice cream and then add the second layer of brownie.
- Spread another layer of ice cream on top and smooth out.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
- Slice and enjoy!

This cake can be made a day in advance. For clean slices, warm a knife before cutting.
