Description

A delightfully creamy and healthier frozen chocolate treat, perfect for any season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a creamy consistency, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Transfer the frozen yogurt to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Scoop into bowls, and don’t forget a spoon!
