Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Lay each salmon fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  5. Add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  7. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Unwrap the foil and garnish with parsley before serving.
